About the Company
Nixa developed the web platform for Planned Parenthood's charity campaign to sell a compilation of songs from artists involved in the campaign with the Stripe online payment system.
Idea
Important security issues due to the fact that the site was often targeted by hackers. The problem forced Nixa to build an optimally secured IT platform in a short period of time to quickly and effectively counter threats to the project.
The Challenge
Elastic web environment as many transactions take place. Elasticity allowed the creation of an IT infrastructure to allow the website to adapt to the numerous operations that take place without compromising performance.
The Solution
7-Inches for Planned Parenthood was a charity project requiring major logistical and security efforts in a large-scale, cross-border campaign with personalities such as author Margaret Atwood, singer John Legend, the Foo Fighters and comedian Sarah Silverman.
The Result
It was a pleasure to work on a national project in the United States with an organization that has done so much for women's rights.
