L'Appui is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping families and individuals in need of social and material assistance. Founded in Montreal in 1986, the organization focuses on providing long-term solutions to complex social problems. L'Appui offers a range of services, including social and legal assistance, employment assistance and counselling services, as well as support for housing, health and education. The organization works to create a supportive and safe environment for individuals and families, helping them to become self-sufficient and reach their goals.
Idea
L’Appui needed a makeover of their online platform to gain visibility and give the caregivers a proper tool to quickly find critical information.
The Challenge
The platform needed to be creative, flexible and highly performant to serve information to all clientele at all time.
The Solution
Nixa pushed the boundaries of Wagtail, creating custom features such as a custom chat scheduling system and flexible microsites. The administrator has the ability to customize everything, from colors to media. The platform is constantly evolving, keeping pace with L’Appui’s teams as they deploy new strategies.
