Idea
Updating of websites hosted in infrastructures using outdated technologies. It was necessary to try to understand these technologies, sometimes dating back several years, in order to adapt them to the standards of the current web.
The Challenge
Nixa accomplished the modernization of technologies, including servers that had not been maintained for a long time. Another challenge was the variety of technologies present both in the back-end and in the front-end with different programming languages such as PHP, Python or JavaScript, etc.
The Solution
This massive project required both technical and relational efforts, since we had to follow up with 140 customers while ensuring that everything was secured by functional SSL certificates. Nixa was able to adapt to its customers thanks to a humanistic approach and listening to their needs.
The Result
This migration was an extremely complex and challenging infrastructure task. I am extremely proud of the Nixa team for being able to save 140 websites without any downtime.
