Your contacts are automatically organized into three groups:
Ready to Contact: Rated contacts sorted by urgency (most overdue first)
Needs Classification: Contacts missing ratings or ownership—quick-assign from the sidebar
Snoozed: Temporarily hidden until their snooze period ends
Urgency is calculated from your rating and time since last interaction:
5 stars = contact every 30 days
4 stars = every 60 days
3 stars = every 90 days
2 stars = every 120 days
1 star = every 180 days
Priority Ratings — : Rate contacts 1-5 stars—VIPs always surface first
Smart Snooze — : Hide contacts temporarily (defaults adjust based on rating)
Activity Logging — : Record calls, emails, and meetings with one click
Hide/Exclude — : Remove contacts from your queue entirely when needed
Card-Based UI — : Focus on one contact at a time with action buttons
Watch your network health at a glance:
Health Score — : Decays from 100% based on time since last contact
Color-Coded Status — : Green (healthy), yellow (needs attention), red (at risk)
Sparkline Charts — : See health trajectory over time on each contact
Urgency Indicators — : Days overdue shown prominently on each card
Before reaching out, get AI-generated:
Talking Points — : 3-5 conversation starters tailored to the relationship
Relationship Assessment — : Strong, Good, At Risk, or Cold
Recommended Action — : What to do next
Summary — : Quick overview of the relationship
Insights are cached for 24 hours and refresh when you log new activity.
Set Your Target — : Configure how many contacts to reach daily (default: 4)
Track Progress — : See today's activity count vs your goal
Visual Feedback — : Progress bar shows how close you are to your target
Status Overview — : See total queue, overdue, and healthy counts at a glance
