Per-User Connections
Each team member connects their own email accounts:
1. Go to Settings → Mail
2. Click "Add Account"
3. Choose your provider (Gmail, Outlook)
4. Authorize access
5. Emails start syncing immediately

Enterprise plan now includes SSO and SAML
