Live conversationsWith a separate consent for the Record live conversations permission, you can start an in-person conversation from the companion or the glasses. The glasses microphone streams to Nixa's live transcription as a private, transcript-only listening session: audio is not retained, and the transcript belongs to you like other listening transcripts. During the conversation the glasses can show captions or translation, the current speaker as confirmed, possible match or unknown, authorized contact context, and short cues labelled by source. Possible matches are never treated as confirmed contacts. Pause, Next conversation and Stop are available on the glasses and the phone. Tell the people you speak with that the conversation is transcribed.
Voice notes in CaptureWith a separate consent for the Save voice notes to Capture permission, which also reads your Capture items, the glasses show your recent captures. Hold to dictate a note: the words appear on the glasses as you speak, and releasing saves the note to your Capture inbox after a short moment in which a double tap cancels it. Your voice is sent to Nixa's speech recognition while you speak. The note is saved as text unless you turn on Keep audio in the companion settings; it is off by default. With Keep audio on, the note is an audio capture whose transcript is the text you saw, so it is not transcribed again. Saved notes are ordinary Capture items with Capture's permissions, sharing and conversion.
RemindersWith a separate consent for the Read Reminders and Write Reminders permissions, the same ones Nixa's MCP connectors use, the glasses list your overdue reminders and those due today or in the next 7 days, where you are an assignee. Mark one done, snooze it or skip a recurring occurrence for yourself, as in the Reminders app. Hold to say a new reminder: the phone reads the time in your words, and when no time is heard it asks for one instead of guessing. Your voice is sent to Nixa's speech recognition while you speak and its audio is never kept. Reminders follow the Reminders app's permissions and notifications.
SetupInstall this plugin and its Nixa MCP dependency in the workspace. Each person then connects their own account from the Nixa G2 companion and approves the requested permissions. Installing the plugin does not grant access to workspace data or connect other members automatically.
Personal connectionsReview your own connection status and granted permissions in the plugin settings. Connections use your existing Nixa permissions. Disconnecting revokes the selected personal connection.
Removal and privacyRemoving this plugin revokes its Even Realities OAuth connections in this workspace, including pending authorizations. Other integrations and other workspaces are unaffected. Revoked authorization records are retained for audit purposes. OAuth credentials, personal grants, devices, companion and listening sessions, dictations, personal companion settings, transcripts, voice profiles, contact briefings, cues, connection history, and workspace content, including captures, are excluded from workspace blueprints. Importing a blueprint installs the plugin configuration only; each person must authorize a new connection. The companion page and its backend are hosted by Nixa as part of this plugin. Open /companion/even-realities from the plugin settings. OAuth credentials stay encrypted in Nixa's shared server-side session infrastructure. The Even Hub launcher is packaged separately; phone sign-in and the glasses bridge require device validation.
