Eight published CRMs. Read their tables: they do not share a vocabulary.Construction CRM — clients, projects, sites, staff. A builder tracks sites, and the table says so.Consultant CRM — clients, mandates, invoices, payments, travels. Mandates and travels, because that is the work.Non-Profit CRM — members, memberships, donations, employees, objectives. Members rather than leads.Professional and Legal Services — clients, invoices, contracts, payments. Contracts sit at the centre here.Customer Relationship Management — companies, contacts, deals, meetings, calls. The one to start from when none of the others fits.

Every table shown here comes from a published template.

Install a CRM

From the catalogue to your own tables.

Four steps, run in a real workspace. The CRM category publishes one for each trade, and the schema is readable before anything is created.

  1. 01

    Pick your trade

The CRM category holds eight published templates. Construction gets clients, projects, sites and staff. A consultant gets mandates, invoices, payments and travels. A non-profit gets members, memberships, donations, employees and objectives.

  2. 02

    Read the schema first

The template card shows what you would get: five tables, their relationships, and the key fields with their types — Sales Stage as a select, Deal Value as a number, Win Probability as a percentage.

    companymarketplace

  3. 03

    Review the changes

Nixa lists the five database changes first: each table shown before and after, with a diagram and the details. It is written when you apply.

  4. 04

    Make it yours

The five tables land in your sidebar under one group, ready for your records. Add a field, rename a stage, link a deal to a task, put a meeting on the calendar — this schema is yours now.

The composition

One published template. Nine free apps.

The CRM is a template you install and then own. The apps around it — calls, meetings, mail, documents — come from the marketplace.

The data model

Five tables, and one they all point to.

Five tables, sixty-seven fields, and four relationships that all point at the same place. Contacts, deals, meetings and calls each belong to a company.

A deal lives with everything around it. The marketplace publishes fifty-two apps, and these are the ones a sales team reaches for.

Governance

You see the change before it happens.

templatereview 5 changesyour schema
Reviewed, then applied
Installing a template opens a review of every database change — five tables, each shown before and after, with a diagram and the details. It is applied when you say so.
The tables are yours
Once applied, the schema belongs to your workspace. Add a field, rename a stage, link a table to another — the template was a starting point, not a contract.
Schema first, records yours
A template creates the tables and the fields. The records that fill them are yours from the very first one.
Grouped where you work
The five tables arrive under one named group in the sidebar, beside whatever your workspace already holds.

Before you ask

What you can count on.

Which CRM should I install?

The one whose tables already use your words. Construction has sites; a consultant has mandates and travels; a non-profit has memberships and donations. If none fits exactly, start with Customer Relationship Management — companies, contacts, deals, meetings, calls — and shape it from there.

Can I change the schema afterwards?

Yes. Once applied, the tables belong to your workspace: fields, names and relationships are all yours to adjust.

Does the template come with sample data?

It creates the tables and the fields. The records are yours from the first one you enter, so the workspace starts clean.

Can I send email from the CRM?

The Mail app views and sends email directly from Nixa, on the Basic plan or higher. Meetings can be held with Video Conferencing and reviewed afterwards with Transcript.

What does it cost?

The CRM template and most apps are free. Mail asks for the Basic plan and video conferencing for Pro — the marketplace says which, on the card, before you install.

Install the one that fits your trade.

Screen shared, live. Bring your pipeline and we will shape the tables around it.
